We conduct extensive safety testing on our products, including for human skin sensitivity (in vivo dermal irritation tests) as well as petri-dish cytotoxicity (in vitro). Our absorbents have grade 0 cytotoxin potential when tested using the ISO 10993-5 (L929 diffusion test, direct contact) test method as conducted by an independent third-party laboratory, Toxicon. In two separated studies of 100 and 102 human subjects, there were zero adverse dermal effects after 48 hours for the Dermal Irritation Potential test, as conducted by Consumer Product Testing Company CP-1.02. Our company is committed to no animal testing. We are proud to go the extra mile and adopt measures and protocols in our testing to ensure safety while also adhering to this policy.
